Just woundering if you guys ever tried any disposable stake's for your snare's i'm thinking of trying them especially on beaver in fall and spring. I've used them on all my footholds for water trapping for coon, mink, rats, and love them.

Yeah, they have there place, but for the most part I like to get a set put in and get down the road so a kill pole setup that is all one unit is what I use most of the time. There are some places that they come in handy. If you are confident in them then use them. You just have to weigh the options of a one piece unit against a system that has to have a snare an anchor, anchor driver, and support system. Weight would be a huge benefit on using them though, so you have to decide what fits your style.
