does anyone snare or trap in KS as far as i can tell i can snare away as long as i'm more than 50ft away from a road. SNARES
""Snares are prohibited in dryland sets within 50 feet of the outside edge of a public road or within five feet of a fence bordering a public road. However, landowners and tenants or their immediate family members or agents may use snares in the right-of-way adjacent to their lands. Snares must be tagged ""

Chuck, snare away. Kansas laws are still pretty trapper friendly.
