Here is some beaver I caught this February in Montana on the Bighorn river. Hard to believe we had 50 and 60 degree days in February. I wont complain though the trapping was good and the time spent on the river was wonderful. I am new to the site and hope to get to know everyone a little better. This beaver was caught in a foothold where a trail left the water to an area the beaver were working. That set took two beave in two checks. This is my Buddy Bill (right) and myself with the first days catch of 6 beaver and one raccoon out of 15 traps This is me taking a good sized beaver out of a 330 that I caught at a dam crossing. Skinning a few critters after the second and final check Thanks for looking at my pictures Judd

Judd, Great pics, thanks for sharing. Always glad to see success, makes me think that I can do the same. Getting ready for my first trapping year, lots to buy and learn.

Hey! Nice pictures! I missed these and just spotted them. Thanks for posting.
Always nice to see pics from other parts of the country watching people do things I love to do as well!
